Key Responsibilities
·Achieve area\-wise sales and growth targets.
·Ensure effective product promotion to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
·Monitor territory performance and develop action plans to improve results.
·Analyse sales data and market trends.
·Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
·Organize and participate in CMEs, product launches, and promotional activities.
·Submit timely sales reports and market intelligence updates.
·Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
·Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Requirements
Qualifications
·4 \- 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience / 1\-3 years in a managerial role at pharmaceutical company
·Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred
·Bachelor\x27s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
