Summary
-Entry level data science associate analyst for delivery and/or operations in a less complex business capability.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Supports the team in data extraction, cleaning, and preparation from enterprise sources (e.g., Workday, recruitment, HR, or workforce datasets) to enable downstream analytics and modeling.
- Performs descriptive and diagnostic analysis using Python / SQL / Excel to answer well‑defined business questions under guidance from senior analysts or data scientists.
- Builds reproducible analytics outputs (tables, metrics, trend views, basic visualizations) with clear documentation of assumptions, filters, and calculations.
- Assists in model experimentation and evaluation (e.g., feature preparation, validation datasets, result interpretation) for workforce, talent, or AI‑enabled use cases.
- Contributes to automation and reporting workflows (Power BI, Power Automate, scheduled data refreshes) to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
- Learns and adheres to data quality, governance, and privacy standards, proactively flagging data gaps or inconsistencies.
