Executive - Supply Chain Management

Purpose of Job

To support end-to-end supply chain planning and order execution activities by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate demand planning, timely order processing, stock readiness, and customer support.

Roles and Responsibilites

• Coordinate with customers to collect, consolidate, and validate forecast inputs for NRP / demand planning.
• Maintain and periodically review master data in IBP to ensure accuracy for planning and execution.
• Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accurate and timely order entry in SAP.
• Follow up with PPMC, QC, QA, and other technical teams to ensure timely batch release against monthly commitments.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Finance to ensure correct invoicing and timely shipment communication to customers.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of critical MIS reports for internal reviews and performance tracking.
• Initiate and track Change Controls related to artwork and General Sales Text changes, maintain trackers, and escalate risks to the Team Lead.
• Monitor order fulfilment and proactively identify and flag potential supply risks or delays.

Skill Required

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; basic Macros preferred).
• Working knowledge of SAP (PP module); exposure to SD/MM is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of NRP, demand planning, order management, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with IBP or planning tools is desirable.

Relevant professional / Educational background

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

Qualification Required

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Order Management
• Pharma or regulated industry exposure preferred but not mandatory.
