Production - Coating - Operator
Job Description
? Machine Operation: Operate auto coating machines (like Gansons, Neocota, Accela Cota) for film and enteric coating of tablets.
? Batch Execution: Execute coating operations as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and defined process parameters (spray rate, pan speed, inlet/outlet temperature).
? In-Process Checks: Monitor and record weight gain, coating uniformity, and tablet appearance during the process.
? Equipment Setup & Cleaning: Perform machine setup, CIP/SIP (where applicable), and changeover in line with SOPs and cleaning validation requirements.
? Documentation: Accurately fill BMRs, equipment logs, cleaning records, and maintain GMP documentation.
? Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor machine issues and coordinate with engineering for technical support.
? Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and cleanroom discipline throughout the operation.
? Team Supervision: Guide and train junior operators and technicians during coating operations.
