Job Description
Production Sterile: Autoclave – Operator
Equipment Operation: Operate automated Steam Sterilizers (Autoclaves) and terminal sterilizers according to approved PLC/HMI recipes.
Loading & Unloading: Arrange machine parts, garments, and primary packaging materials using validated loading patterns to guarantee proper steam penetration.
Parameter Monitoring: Monitor critical cycle parameters in real time, including chamber pressure, sterilization temperature, and F0 values.
Aseptic Handling: Unload sterilized loads safely and transfer them into Grade A/B aseptic processing zones using double-door pass-through systems.
Indicator Placement: Place and verify Chemical Indicators and Biological Indicators (Geobacillus stearothermophilus) inside the load to validate sterility.
Testing & Integrity: Execute daily routine tests such as Vacuum Leak Tests and Bowie-Dick checks to confirm air removal from the chamber.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Perform routine cleaning of the autoclave chamber, loading trolleys, and the surrounding preparation area as per SOPs.
Documentation: Fill out sterilization cycle logs, print and attach autoclave charts to the BMR, and complete all line clearance documentation accurately.
