Job Description
? Training Coordination: Serve as the Site Training Coordinator (STC) and manage training activities across departments.
? eLMS & SAP Operations: Create users, assign curriculum, and track training in eLMS, SAP S4 HANA, and TrackWise systems.
? Induction Training: Ensure completion of departmental and mandatory induction before employee release to the job.
? Document Control: Maintain training files, logbooks, dashboards, and ensure timely review and updates of role curricula.
? SOP Training Compliance: Coordinate SOP training rollouts, ensuring completion before final implementation.
? Curriculum Management: Issue, update, and maintain role-based qualification documents and ensure periodic review.
? TNI & ATP Planning: Facilitate Training Need Identification (TNI) and prepare the Annual Training Plan (ATP) covering technical, GMP, HR, and EHS modules.
? Effectiveness Evaluation: Conduct training effectiveness checks and participate in operator/supervisor qualification & requalification.
? Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with DTCs, HODs, and corporate teams for training compliance and execution.
? Contractor Training: Ensure annual GMP training of GxP contractors and monitor compliance of external workforce.
? Audit & CAPA Support: Support regulatory and internal audits, provide documents, and contribute to CAPA closure.
? MIS & Reporting: Prepare training MIS, dashboards, quarterly reports, and support budget tracking and vendor payments.
? Corporate Engagement: Liaise with corporate QA/HR teams for execution of global SOP trainings and projects.
