Job Description
Line Feeding & Preparation: Assist senior operators in loading primary packaging materials (vials, ampoules, or stoppers) into automated washing and sterilization lines.
Visual Inspection: Monitor the processing line under guidance to identify and sort out physically damaged or cracked glass containers.
Machine Cleaning Support: Assist in the systematic Type A/B cleaning and sanitization of non-sterile area equipment and preparation cubicles according to SOPs.
Material Movement: Handle the safe staging, shifting, and weighing of sanitizing agents, raw materials, and components between storage and preparation zones.
Aseptic Area Discipline: Learn and practice precise cleanroom entry behaviors, strict personal hygiene standards, and step-by-step Grade C/D gowning protocols.
Line Clearance Assistance: Help remove leftover labels, containers, and materials from previous runs to ensure the area is clear for the next batch.
Logbook Entry Learning: Observe and learn the fundamentals of real-time documentation, equipment logbook entries, and basic cGMP record-keeping.
Safety & PPE Compliance: Adhere strictly to shop-floor safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of specialized cleanroom PPE (gloves, masks, and headcovers).
