Job Description
Production OSD: Officer
Line Supervision: Supervise daily operations across Granulation, Compression, and Coating sections to meet scheduled production targets.
Machine Operation: Set up and operate major OSD equipment like High Shear Mixers (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), and Rotary Tablet Presses.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Perform and document routine checks like tablet weight variation, thickness, hardness, friability, and disintegration time.
BMR Documentation: Ensure real-time, accurate, and ALCOA-compliant entries in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and equipment logbooks.
Line Clearance: Execute and verify strict line clearance protocols between products and batch changes to prevent cross-contamination.
Manpower Handling: Allocate duties and manage a team of operators and contract workers to maintain optimal line efficiency.
Deviation & Yield: Identify shop-floor incidents, assist in documenting deviations, and calculate batch yield and material reconciliation.
Safety & cGMP: Enforce strict cleanroom discipline, personal hygiene, correct gowning, and the use of appropriate safety equipment (PPE).
