Job Description
Warehouse Sterile: Dispensing – Junior Technician
Aseptic Dispensing: Assist in the weighing and dispensing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients within Grade C/D dispensing booths (LAF).
Material Verification: Verify material names, batch numbers, expiry dates, and weights against the Material Dispensing Sheet before opening containers.
Equipment Handling: Operate and verify the daily calibration status of analytical and precision weighing balances.
Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform Type A/B cleaning and sanitization of the dispensing area, reverse laminar airflow (RLAF) benches, and sampling tools.
Material Movement: Safely transfer raw materials from the storage racks to the dispensing area and shift dispensed lots to the production airlocks.
Environmental Monitoring Support: Ensure pressure differentials and temperature/humidity parameters of the dispensing cubicles are within limits before starting operations.
Logbook Documentation: Maintain real-time, error-free logbook entries for dispensing rooms, balances, and cleaning activities under cGMP standards.
Safety & Gunning Compliance: Follow strict cleanroom entry protocols, specialized gowning rules, and wear appropriate PPE (including air-fed hoods or respirators where required).
