Analyst - QC-Analytical
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. To conduct analysis of various in-process samples, raw material samples, stability samples, cleaning samples, water samples and finished products as per approved methods.
2. Conduct analysis for analyst qualification.
3. Labeling of materials.
4. Compilation of raw data for review.
5. Conduct calibration and verification of Equipment’s as per applicability.
6. Preparation of Certificate of Analysis.
7. Sampling and release of Raw material and Packaging material.
8. Management of Raw material Samples/Out site samples/Reference standards and retention samples.
9. Preparation of water trends.
10. Maintenance of sampling tools.
11. Ensure compliance by reporting laboratory exceptions such as deviations, incidents, OOT,
OOC and OOS to immediate supervisor for execution of timely remedial and preventive
actions as appropriate.
12. Inventory managements for consumables and reagents.
13. Attend internal and external training session as and when required.
14. Ensuring recording of Temperature and Humidity is properly being maintained and review
the documents related to it.
15. To conduct qualification of equipment's and software as per defined procedures.
16. Recording of the temperature and alarm data of stability chambers, cooling cabinets and
Deep freezers and review the documents related to it.
17. Activities assigned by supervisor and HOD.
18. Activities to be carried out according to LIMS.
