Role: Business Development
Designation : AGM / Sr. AGM
Function: India Marketing
Department : Business Development
Role Objective:
To drive business growth and market expansion across India for both new product pipelines and existing portfolios by managing strategic key accounts and leveraging data-driven market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Drive Therapy / Disease strategy / Gap analysis - Working closely with the Business and Medical / Scientific team in driving workshops.
? Identification / Landscaping of Opportunities in Rx Business
? Building next 5 year pipeline across category - Rx / NDDS / New technologies
? Identify source of launch with a clearly defined strategy i.e either TPM / In house / Licensing / Universities / Research Labs
? Work with all cross functional teams ensuring on time new product launch
? Identify novel products & Innovative packaging and delivery formats that enhance therapy area and overall USV strength.
? Work closely with all relevant stakeholders in driving deals, managing alliances and evaluating opportunities.
? Develop new partnership engagement [Lead generation]
? Life cycle management of core brands
? Work closely with the business and finance team on building Forecast / Business Plans.
? Conduct Primary research in relevant areas (as needed)
