ROLE OBJECTIVE
Drive end-to-end product creation—from consumer insights and formulations to high-end packaging and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Product Creation: Identify category gaps and define robust product propositions, strategic pricing models, and highly scalable product pipelines.
? Brand Identity: Define and establish long-term brand positioning, brand architecture, and a premium visual identity that resonates with the target consumer.
? GTM Strategy: Design, orchestrate, and lead high-impact launch campaigns across diverse channels, including pharmacy, traditional retail, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
? Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central anchor partnering with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external Design agencies to ensure product quality and optimized speed-to-market.
? Business Ownership: Take complete ownership of launch success, systematically track performance KPIs (gross margins, market share), and strictly manage marketing ROI.

? Interaction with: R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
? Nature of Interaction: Collaborative cross-functional leadership to guide product formulations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage pipeline timelines, and optimize supply chain readiness for launch speed and quality.

? Interaction with: Creative & Design Agencies, Vendor Partners, and Channel Ecosystems.
? Nature of Interaction: Strategic oversight to define premium packaging, build visual brand identity, and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience and Relevant Skills
? Experience: 8–14 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Innovation, or New Product Development (NPD). Direct experience working within Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmeceuticals, FMCG, or high-growth D2C brands is mandatory.
? Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of skincare trends, product formulation lifecycles, premium packaging development, market gap analysis, pricing strategy, and multi-channel GTM execution.
? Skills: Strong aesthetic judgment, commercial acumen, data-driven KPI tracking (margins/ROI), an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional cross-functional project management.
Academic Qualifications & Certifications
? Educational Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute is required. A foundational undergraduate degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences is highly preferred.
