Project trainee - Mechanical
Job Description
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Assist in executing maintenance schedules for critical equipment like HVAC systems, purified water systems (PW/WFI), and automated Chiller plant, Utility equipment like air compressor, chiller, boiler, Production equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Work alongside technicians/Sr.Engineer to diagnose mechanical failures and implement root-cause solutions to minimize downtime.
- Project Engineering: Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, including the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Validation & Documentation: Assist in the preparation and execution of Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives to optimize energy consumption and waste reduction
