QC - Trainee Analyst
Job Description
Routine Testing & Inspection: Perform fundamental testing, sampling, and analysis on raw materials, in-process materials, or finished products under the supervision of senior analysts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record, log, and maintain all test results and data, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines.
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the daily preparation, calibration, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable readings.
Defect Identification & Escalation: Monitor processes to identify any out-of-specification (OOS) results, anomalies, or product defects, and promptly report these findings to management for corrective action.
