Production Sterile - Apprentice
Job Description
Orientation & Cleanroom Learning: Undergo intensive training on the fundamentals of sterile manufacturing, cleanroom etiquette, and strict Grade A/B/C/D zoning regulations.
Gunning & Hygiene Protocols: Learn and rigorously practice the multi-stage cleanroom gowning procedures and strict personal sanitization methods required before entering processing areas.
Equipment Observation: Shadow senior operators to understand the basics of automated sterile machinery, including vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, and filling lines.
Material Movement Support: Assist in transferring components, raw materials, and sterile garments between airlocks and preparation rooms under direct supervision.
Component Preparation: Learn to prepare, wash, and wrap machine parts, tools, and rubber stoppers for autoclave sterilization cycles.
Cleaning & Sanitization: Help execute routine floor and surface disinfection protocols using specified biocides and rotation schedules within cleanroom corridors.
Documentation Awareness: Learn the fundamentals of real-time record keeping, including how to read equipment status boards and write basic entries in logbooks.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to plant safety guidelines, emergency evacuation protocols, and wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
