Job Description
Major Purpose Of The Job :• Analysis and documentation of Microbiology. Principal Tasks:-
• Monitoring and performing all Microbiological activity and maintain the all document Which is related to the Microbiology. Responsibilities:-
• To follow Good Documentation practices & Good Laboratory Practices
• To monitor temperature and humidity of microbiology section and maintain its record.
• To prepare disinfectant solution for routine use and maintain its record.
• To prepare buffer solution for pH meter calibration, to perform pH meter calibration and balance calibration.
• To perform media preparation and maintain its usage record.
• To perform autoclave operation and maintain its record.
• To perform microbial limit test of raw materials, finished product, in-process sample, validation sample, stability samples and perform bioassay of In-process and finish product.
• To perform microbial limit test and chemical testing of raw water & purified water, sampling of water sample and maintain its record.
• To perform growth promotion test of new received media.
• To revive, sub culturing and maintenance of pure microbial culture.
• To check and record temperature of bacteriological incubators, BOD incubator and oven on daily basis
• To perform fumigation in microbiology lab and maintain its record.
• Any other job as and when delegated by Head-QC/Designee.
