- 1.Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Track and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are on hand.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to monitor incoming and outgoing inventory.
Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and support reordering.
2.Invoicing and Stock Verification:
Prepare accurate invoices based on customer orders, ensuring all data is correctly entered.
Perform final checks on stock to ensure order accuracy before dispatch.
Address and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
3.Order Fulfilment and Packing:
Assist with the packing of products according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that products are packed securely to prevent any damages during transit.
Requirements
Male Candidates Preferred
Qualification:A degree/diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm or M.Pharm).
