Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Handle procurement of indirect materials and services for manufacturing plants, corporate offices, and project sites.
- Manage sourcing activities for:
- Engineering & utility equipment
- HVAC, clean room, and water systems
- Civil & infrastructure projects
- Electrical and automation systems
- Production support items
- IT hardware/software
- Facility management services
- EHS and utility consumables
- Capex & Opex requirements
- Float RFQs/RFPs and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Develop alternative vendors and ensure competitive sourcing.
- Vendor Management
- Commercial & Contract Management
- Project Procurement
- Stakeholder Coordination
- ERP & Documentation
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical project procurement
- Vendor management and development
- Technical understanding of engineering and utility systems
- Cost analysis and budgeting
- SAP/ERP knowledge
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
