We are seeking a Senior Solution Analyst - Finance - SAC Planning & Forecasting to support the design, implementation, and optimization of finance technology solutions. This role will partner closely with business and technical teams to deliver robust planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities leveraging SAP technologies and integrated enterprise data platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for finance planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Lead and support the implementation of SAP-based planning and forecasting solutions, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, BW, DataSphere, and related reporting platforms.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to drive effective collaboration and decision-making.
Develop and execute testing strategies, test plans, and quality assurance activities to validate business requirements and solution performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution designs, implementation plans, test results, and support materials.
Support user training, change management, and ongoing operational support to maximize business adoption and value realization.
KPI: Successful delivery of finance planning and reporting solutions, including effective integration, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance adherence, and high-quality system performance.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in technology solution delivery and SAP-based enterprise systems.
Hands-on expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning & Forecasting.
Strong knowledge of SAP COPA/Margin Analysis and financial reporting processes.
Experience integrating SAC with SAP BW, SAP DataSphere, BDC, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Proven experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation management within large-scale programs.
Strong background in testing, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory, GxP, and data integrity requirements.
Essential skills: Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience working within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industry environments.
Knowledge of enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management best practices across global organizations.
