About the Role
Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and consolidation of the components of the Access excellence projects & strategy, including technology strategy, workforce and supplier management strategy, associate engagement, upskilling and communication strategy
- Influence strategic decisions with data-based insights, proactively identifying and analyzing the impact of new trends in the Access Excellence ecosystem.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives spanning across productivity, capability building, workforce and business strategy.
- Act as a senior strategic assistant for the Access Excellence head by providing up-to-date reporting, business and market trends analysis on the topics of interest.
- Drive the cross functional culture change and change management agenda.
- Works with respective functional managers in their area to drive over-arching operational excellence programs
- Monitors and tracks KPIs for Access Excellence in line with wider organization needs
- Accountable for the adherence to processes/guidelines/SOPs and ensure inspection and audit readiness of all relevant documents for her/his assigned team
- Contributes to building integrated V&A function across V&A sites
- Complies with and support group’s project management tool, standards and policies.
- Supports NVS stakeholders in co-designing processes/guidelines/SOPs and ensure inspection and audit readiness of all V&A services
- Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance
Essential Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant discipline (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
- Pharmaceutical domain knowledge
- MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)
- 10-12 years conducting Operational Excellence / activities for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)
- Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently
- Proven leadership (people management and project management)
