Job Description
• Establish and manage the SCM COE framework for standard processes, governance, and best practices across plants and markets.
• Define and monitor SCM KPIs and performance dashboards across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between planning, manufacturing, QA, regulatory, and distribution teams.
• Implement and optimize Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Build and lead a high-performing SCM COE team.
• Provide training, capability building, and knowledge management across supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with IT for implementation and enhancement of ERP (SAP) SCM modules.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
