Job Description
"JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Perform reaction and monitor as per planning given by superior.
• Preparation of working standard and impurity samples for analytical method development & validation as well as marketing requirement.
• Use relevant MSDS for safe handling and disposal of Toxic chemicals.
• Write LNB on daily basis as per SOP.
• Maintain lab and proper Housekeeping.
• Maintain in-out entry note book.
• Submission of sample for analysis to ADL and review the analytical data.
• Lab maintenance and ensure that all equipment’s used in the Lab are calibrated, validated, clean and in good condition to use.
• Prepare analytical data summary.
• Prepare document like PDR, Addendum, justification report, risk assessment report etc…
• Demo batch to PERL team for process understanding.
• To coordinate with cross functional department like, ADL, chemical Store department etc.
• Demonstration of process in plant (Scale-up, validation and recover solvent reuse)"
