Job Description
• To supervise the machine activity as per the standard output with GMP requirements
• To carryout in process checks during packing machine activities
• To arrange packing materials as per shift plan & planning for next shift packing materials
• To minimize the rejections during packing operation
• To maintain online and offline packing activity along with time management
• To ensure timely transfer of finished goods to the BSR
• To prepare new SOPs/ Review of SOPs and MMD-II
• Conducting training for the supervisors and operators
• To ensure achievement of planned productivity with quality compliance in respective shift
• Discuss the monthly plan with all team members & action plan for to achieve the same
• Trouble shooting and attending the breakdown of equipment.
• Work allocation & proper utilization of men, material & machine
• Ensure online documentation as per cGMP requirement & compliance to cGMP & other regulatory markets
• Co-ordination with Other relative departments for Better controls on day to day activity.
• Technical/GMP & Regulatory requirement Training to all subordinates.
• To Monitor & Control of product yield & Material consumption during packing operations
• Ensure stage wise Reconciliation of Product/Packing Material
• New equipment finalization & Implementation of Automation
• Budgetary requirement & Control on expenses.
• Performance review of subordinates & improvement action plan.
