Your Role
- Manage the Production of Navi Mumbai
- Maintaining and Improving the Safety and Quality Standards for the site
- Raw material and Packing material Scheduling
- Part of the team for the tech transfer projects for the site
- Handling the Contractual Manpower
- Efficiency improvement/Yield Improvement/Productivity Improvement
- MIS for the Sites for Production
- Implementation/Maintaining the required standards /SOP of the company and ISO
- Keep the site Audit ready at any time for Housekeeping/Safety/Quality standards
- Should have the experience in Automation.
- Should have Exposure to Unit Operations and Utility
- Must be a good communicator with Knowledge of Excel/Power BI/PPT.
- Should have analytical mindset to analyse the problem and helping management to take the decision.
- Must have a experience of Handling the contractual manpower
- Should have a commercial Acumen and SAP environment.
- Must be a process-oriented person.
Who you are:
- The candidate should have a BE in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or an MSc in Chemistry or Microbiology, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
