Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in Order Management(O2C)
- SAP Knowledge – Order Entry, Quotation, Invoice submission and Enquiry
- Hands on experience on SFDC – Sales Force
- Hands on experience on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Your role :
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Should be able to handle Order management process end to end
- Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the STAKEHOLDERS
- Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity
- Ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met on timely basis
- Consistently Achieving HOURLY and DAILY targets
