Maintain an Adobe-first mindset, actively exploring new Adobe tools and capabilities, and leading their full adoption across the Global Content Hub in alignment with CSC's technology roadmap.
  • Develop business cases and proof-of-concept frameworks for AI/GenAI applications in marketing operations, such as automated content drafting, AI-assisted medical-legal-regulatory review, predictive compliance risk scoring, and intelligent workflow routing.

  • Build and maintain an innovation pipeline with a structured intake, prioritization, and governance process, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and resource availability.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in pharma marketing technology, MarTech, and RegTech — serving as the team's go-to expert and representing Lilly at industry forums, conferences, and benchmarking exercises.

3. Quality & Compliance Excellence — Strategic Collaboration & Audit Readiness (25%)

  • Partner closely with Process Leads to define, elevate, and maintain quality standards across the promotional materials lifecycle — providing strategic direction while enabling Process Leads to drive day-to-day CIQ execution and oversight within their respective teams.

  • Work in close coordination with MPO SME teams (ARC, Workfront, Binder Excellence, ACA) to enhance audit readiness, strengthen binder submission processes, and ensure documentation standards consistently meet or exceed Global Quality Standards.
  • Co-design and implement a proactive compliance framework — including risk-based monitoring, predictive compliance analytics, self-assessments, and readiness audits — in partnership with Process Leads and CIQ representatives to ensure the Global Content Hub is perpetually audit-ready.

  • Champion the elevation of quality culture across the Global Content Hub by partnering with Process Leads and leadership to design and deliver advanced CIQ learning sessions, compliance workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums for cross-functional teams.

4. Change Management & Organizational Design (25%)

  • Design and execute structured change management strategies (leveraging frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci) for all major transformation, process, and technology initiatives — ensuring sustainable adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness analyses, and resistance management planning for enterprise-wide changes affecting Marketing Operations, brand teams, agencies, and support functions.
