Lead – Materials & LogisticsRole SummaryResponsible for end-to-end materials management & regulated logistics operations for medical devices, ensuring material availability, regulatory compliance & cost efficiency across the supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterials ManagementLead demand planning, MRP execution & material availability to support production & BP service.Optimize inventory (RM, WIP, FG) while minimizing obsolescence.Align sourcing, production & service for uninterrupted supply.Monitor supplier performance & mitigate supply risks.Ensure compliance with global quality & supply chain standards.Core Logistics OutboundManage inbound/outbound logistics for sensitive medical equipment.Ensure compliance with global trade, temperature control of Medical device product requirements.Optimize transport cost, speed & reliability.Manage 3PLs and track delivery, cost & damage KPIs.Regulatory & Quality ComplianceEnsure adherence to ISO 13485, GDP, GMP .Maintain full material & product traceability.Support audits & implement CAPA for deviations.Inventory & WarehouseOversee warehouse operations & material handling of critical Medical devices.Implement inventory controls (cycle count, audits).Drive digital solutions (SAP, RFID & Others).PerformanceManage material, logistics & inventory costs.Drive optimization initiatives without impacting service/quality.Track KPIs: Inventory, Fill Rate & Logistics Cost.Qualifications & Experience
Education Grad or post grad preferred science
Years of experience
