- Design and drive training programs to enhance the effectiveness of Medical Representatives and frontline managers, focusing on scientific detailing and selling skills.
- Develop and deliver training on therapy areas, product knowledge, clinical data, and competitive positioning to strengthen field force expertise.
- Ensure all training aligns with pharma compliance standards while partnering with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams to deliver accurate content.
- Measure training impact through key business metrics and leverage digital learning tools (LMS, e-learning) to drive continuous capability building.
